ACR Health Navigators in Old Forge

OLD FORGE -- ACR Health Navigators will be at Old Forge Library on Tues., May 24 from noon to 2 p.m., to meet with area residents to answer questions about the New York State of Health Insurance Marketplace, schedule appointments, and do enrollments.

ACR Health is a not-for-profit, community-based organization headquartered in Syracuse, providing services to individuals affected by chronic diseases, and NYSOH-certified health insurance navigators to assist consumers in making​ informed health insurance decisions.
ACR Health's mission is to create healthy communities by opening doors to services that enhance the well-being of all.
