Town of Webb COVID Vaccine Booster #2 Clinic sponsored by Herkimer County Public Health. No appointment necessary. Please bring proof of ID, COVID vaccination card and insurance card.
Who is eligible for the 2nd booster?
- All ages 50 years and older
- Those with moderate to severe immunocompromise (12 yrs and older Pfizer only and 18 years and older Pfizer or Moderna)
- Those who have had only J&J Primary and Booster dose (18 years of age and older)
