Details for this event are as follows:

• This event covers ALL vaccination needs (ages 12+ years)
• Both Pfizer & Moderna available (Primary, 1st & 2nd Booster)
• Please bring proof of ID, COVID vaccine card, insurance card
• No appointment necessary

2nd Booster is for:

• Anyone 50+ years
• Immunocompromised
• 12+ years Pfizer only
• 18+ years Pfizer & Moderna
• 18+ years if only had J&J Primary and Booster dose
