Hospice & Palliative Care, Inc. Presents "Plan Well, Live Well: A Workshop on Advance Directives"

Old Forge, NY– Hospice & Palliative Care, Inc. is pleased to announce its upcoming workshop, "Plan Well, Live Well: A Workshop on Advance Directives," scheduled to take place on Tuesday, April 16th from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The event will be hosted at Niccolls Memorial Presbyterian Church, located at 228 Crosby Blvd, Old Forge, NY.

The workshop aims to educate participants on the significance of Advance Directives and the peace of mind they offer by ensuring that medical wishes are known and honored. Led by Hospice & Palliative Care, Inc.'s Lead Social Worker, Stephanie Robinson, LCSW and Mary Bogdan, MHA, BSN, CHPN, CHPCA attendees will have the opportunity to understand the importance of Advance Directives and complete their own during the session.

This event is open to all members of the community, and there is no fee to participate. Light refreshments will be provided for attendees to enjoy during the workshop.
