Dear Friends:

As we all prepare for the December holidays and all the wonderful and challenging events you will experience, LivingADK wishes to express our sincere appreciation and thanks for the membership renewals and general donations that our followers and supporters have given during 2023.  Whether you are supporting a specific project and/or general operations of LivingADK, we can’t do it without you.  Central Adirondack Partnership for the 21st Century, Inc. (LivingADK) has now been in existence for 23 years as a charitable 501(c) 3 and we’ve come a long way and have miles to go.

Whether it’s the Old Forge Farmers Market we created and continue to administer, support for the digital conversion of the Strand Theatre, navigation docks by the Woods Inn in Inlet, TOBIE trail, Conklin Family Dog Park, public restrooms in Old Forge, McCauley Mountain Bike Trail expansion, Arrowhead Park improvements, etc. etc. …… we’ve had a hand in making it happen.

We are also thankful for the annual funding support by the Towns of Inlet and Webb and the Central Adirondack Association.  With their support, the economic development initiatives, grant writing services for business owners, local non-profits, and municipalities are possible.  Along with their support and the support of several family foundations, we continue to bring awareness of the need for expanded medical and social service resources for our region's residents to county and state officials.

If you are not already a member of LivingADK and wish to know more about joining, please visit our website, www.LivingADK.org and check out the varying levels of membership.  Every dollar counts in keeping our lights on allowing us to continue our mission.  Thank you for your consideration.  Happy New Year 2024!
