New Board Member Announcement
Every new year brings change. Here at LivingADK, we view change as positive! Most January’s, certain board members retire, and new board members join us for what we hope to be a fulfilling term. This year there are some big shoes to fill, but we are confident our new board members will fill them well.
First, we want to thank our exiting board members Mark Mayer, Sandra Booton and Linda Goldsworthy for the many hours of service they provided to our organization and communities. We wish you well in your future endeavors!
Our new board members are Leslie Beauchamp, James Nerschook, Allison Skinner and Steve Underhill.
Leslie Beauchamp is a 34+ year resident of Town of Webb and is the Manager of Community Bank NA, Old Forge. Leslie is also a volunteer EMT for Inlet Volunteer Emergency Services (IVES), CAA Board Member, and finance committee and food pantry volunteer at St. Anthony's/St. Bart's. In the past, Leslie was the treasurer at IVES, assisted with the annual IVES Golf Tournament and served on their membership committee.
James “Jim” Nerschook is the Owner of Sunset Beach Cottages LLC in Inlet, NY and CEO at Oversight24 - International high technology firm focused on working with companies enabling 5G deployments. Jim is the Former Chief Commercial Officer at thinkRF, Ottowa, Canada, former Executive Vice President and General Manager at PAR Technology for International Markets, and former Vice President and General Manager at Wireless and Lab Divisions,Viavi Solutions.
Allison “Ali” Skinner is the Co-Owner/Manager of Blue Spruce Motel in Old Forge, NY and Viking Village Family Camp in Inlet, NY. She is also on the board of directors at The Kinderwood Preschool Program, Ltd. Ali has a Master of Arts/Preservation Planning from Cornell University and a BA in Art & Architectural History from the College of Wooster, OH. She is a former YMCA Camp Gorham Administrator and Assistant Director.
Steve Underhill is a driver for Community Transportation Services in Old Forge, NY. Formerly, Steve was a Development Project Manager, Affordable Housing, Housing Visions Unlimited, Inc., Syracuse; Former Investment & Commercial Mortgage Banker, Majors, Regionals, & Boutiques specializing in municipal housing and healthcare finance and former manager of the Hospital Finance Group for Prudential Mortgage Capital Corporation. Steve is also a past Board Chair for Louisville Housing Authority, Louisville, Colorado.
